What we collect

If you join the HomeVault early-access list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also record that you asked to receive HomeVault launch and availability updates and whether you separately opted in to broader marketing.

Why we use it

We use this information to send the launch, availability and early-access updates you requested. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also send occasional HomeVault product news and offers. Our basis for these email communications is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing from an email or contacting us.

Who processes it

Our website is hosted using Vercel and our email/contact-list service is Resend. If you accept optional tracking, Google processes website analytics information for us through Google Analytics, and Meta processes advertising measurement information through Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. These providers process information to operate the site, mailing list, analytics and consented advertising measurement.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access details while the list is relevant or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, unless we are required to retain information for legal reasons.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your marketing consent. You may also have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

HomeVault uses Google Analytics and Meta advertising technology only if you choose to accept optional tracking. Google Analytics helps us understand visits, pages viewed and general traffic sources. Meta Pixel may store or read advertising identifiers in your browser and record page visits. If you then join the early-access list, we may also send Meta a Lead event through the Conversions API so we can measure whether an ad resulted in a signup.

For a consented Lead event, the information sent to Meta can include a hashed email address, a hashed first name if supplied, browser and device information, IP address, the page URL, and Meta browser or click identifiers when available. We do not send this advertising measurement event if you reject optional tracking.

You can change your optional-tracking choice at any time using the Privacy choices control on the website. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using the site or joining the early-access list.
